If the developer plans to do any future upgrades, it’d be fun to have more sounds. I love the wolf and the crow; More creatures (and other sounds) would be awesome! Also, if I had my every wish, I was originally looking for an app that could be set to count down ten second intervals as, “10, 20, 30. “ so I wouldn’t have to count the reps in my workout.
As it turned it, it was hard just to find a timer that was accurate or made any sounds at all. So I was THRILLED to find not only a timer that did these things reliably, but also could open several timers at once, and allow me to save my favorite timers AND with the unexpected surprise of having lots of personality, too (I love the howling wolf interface!) When the wolf howls at the moment I have finally completed my routine, I feel like a real champion! Tvjames, Don’t Let the Name Deter You One thing I miss about my PC is the paid version of TimeLeft (I actually have multiple licenses). I wanted a similar program for the Mac and was surprised to find this one - free no less. I almost passed this up because of the name, thinking it gimmicky. But no, this is a solid little program that lets you countdown (to a set number of hours/minutes/seconds or to a specific time). You can run multiple timers. And you can pick a sound effect beyond the wolf howl or crow caw (any Mac sound or any sound you’ve loaded yourself). While I normally use Bartender to hide all of my menubar icons, this one has earned a spot on the menu bar - when you click it, a small drop down shows you all the timers and how long each has left.

Lol) So I decided to use a timer to remind me when its time to move on to the next task. I love this app because it is simple enough for me to figure out how to use right out of the box.
