Oh boy, you can join me. I feel like I'm the only person on this planet who doesn't find iTunes efficient for mass editing on a Mac. While using Windows for so many years, I believe I used the very same editor as you – or one very similar to it. I have yet to find anything comparable on the Mac. I'm disappointed and surprised.

Either from scratch, or by modifying an open source application. I just don't have the time to devote to it right now – if ever.
Every now and again I look to see if anything new has been created and try out different editors if they've been updated. 08A instead of 8A. I've come across an ID3 editor called Jaikoz, which can show the initialkey-tag, but I haven't yet found a way to copy values between tags.
(EDIT: Just found out that it is possible to copy/paste from one column to another. So I think I will use the £20 and try it out) Chad, what program do you use during development to verify that the initialkey-tag is written correctly? It might end up with that I have to program an ID3 tag editor myself. I want to say that I tried exploring this myself quite a year or two back on Snow Leopard with the editor I was using on Windows then.
Which I determined was not that one, but rather. What confused me was that both websites are on a German domain.

I may take a stab at this again with Wineskin and ID3-TagIT and see what I come up with. What co, February 16, 2013 3:57 AM Funky-T wrote: I did some more research and came across which in the first run didn't work (quit unexpected when opened), but suddenly it worked.
